Andever Design Partners was approached by a family seeking to transform their Malibu vacation house into a luxurious and comfortable oasis. The goal was to create a space that reflected the beauty of the ocean and surrounding landscape, while also incorporating elements of contemporary design. 

The Andever team accomplished this by using a palette of soft neutrals and natural materials, such as teak and marble, to create a serene and inviting environment. Large windows and sliding glass doors were installed to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views, and custom furnishings were designed to maximize comfort and relaxation. The result is a sophisticated and stylish vacation house that perfectly balances form and function, and serves as a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Andever Design Partners was approached by a family in Lake Tahoe who wanted to update their vacation home. The goal was to create a comfortable, yet sophisticated space that embraced the natural beauty of the surroundings. 

The Andever team incorporated a mix of modern and traditional elements, combining warm wood tones, natural stone, and plush textures to create a cozy, yet elegant retreat. The space was designed to maximize views of the lake and surrounding mountains, with large windows and outdoor living spaces. 	Forest Sanctuary
The client approached Andever Design Partners with a unique challenge: to create an interior design that seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings of their forest retreat in Mill Valley, California. The team embraced this challenge by incorporating natural materials and earthy tones to create a warm and inviting space that complemented the forest environment. 

Large windows and skylights were installed to let in natural light and showcase the breathtaking views of the surrounding forest. The team also designed custom furnishings that combined sleek modern lines with organic materials, such as live edge wood slabs and woven rattan. The result is a serene and calming retreat that feels perfectly at home in its natural setting.

Andever Design Partners was tasked with transforming a family home in Carla Ridge into a modern, yet warm and inviting space for the family to enjoy. The Andever team utilized a palette of rich, earthy tones and textures, such as natural stone and wood accents, to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. 

The design incorporated custom lighting to highlight the artwork and unique architectural features of the space, while maximizing natural light through the home's many windows. The family room was designed with functionality in mind, featuring comfortable seating and a custom-built media center, perfect for family movie nights. The outdoor spaces were also transformed into an extension of the living area, with the addition of an outdoor kitchen, dining area, and cozy seating around a fireplace.&#38;nbsp;

Andever Design Partners was approached by a client seeking to transform their New York City apartment into a stylish and functional space with bold accent colors. The client requested the use of green and orange tones throughout the space, and the Andever team incorporated these hues in a tasteful and elegant way. 

Custom furnishings were designed and upholstered in shades of green and orange, while natural materials such as wood and stone were used to balance the bold colors. The kitchen was completely reimagined, with custom cabinetry and finishes in shades of green, and the bathrooms were updated with bold orange tiles and modern fixtures. The team also incorporated unique lighting and artwork throughout the apartment to create a cohesive and eye-catching design. The result is a chic and modern New York City apartment that seamlessly blends form and function.

Andever Design Partners had the privilege of transforming a sprawling family estate in the picturesque Bedford Hills into a haven of refined elegance and comfort. The design team meticulously blended timeless sophistication with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Expansive rooms were adorned with luxurious materials, including rich hardwood flooring, sumptuous textiles, and intricate architectural details. 

The estate's outdoor spaces were transformed into serene retreats, featuring meticulously landscaped gardens, a sparkling pool, and inviting lounging areas for family gatherings. Each bedroom was carefully crafted to reflect the unique personalities of the family members, offering comfort and tranquility. The estate's grand hallways were adorned with curated artwork and bespoke lighting fixtures, creating a gallery-like experience. The result is a family estate in Bedford Hills that embodies elegance, serenity, and the perfect balance of refined living and cherished family moments.
